Caracol Tech provides 1~10pcs of free samples as per detailed project, ranging from EMI soft ferrite core, MnZn soft ferrite core, Iron Powder Core, magnetic alloly powder core, sendust core, amorphous and nanocrystalline core to all kinds SMD and DIP inductors, Other components as well. But, kindly note that freight is on customer's charge. Yet, this freight could be refunded after certain value. Please refer to Refund Policy for details. Normally, for small ferrite core, more pieces could be provided, yet for large ferrite core or inductor or transformer, if the unit charge is more than USD 5, kindly understanding we could hardly support. Our sales may apply for you to find a way-out.

As per customer's request, we normally supply shipment by international express, sea shipment, airplane.

– Trade Methods.

As per customer's request, we accept all trade methods, eg. EXW, CNF, CIF, DDU, DDP etc.

– Claim.

Claims Should be filed by the buyers with the sellers within 30 days after arrival of the goods at destination, otherwise, the Sellers shall refuse to consider.
– Arbitration.

All dispute arising from the execution or in connection with this Contract, should be submitted to the China International Economy& Trade Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with its Rules of Procedure. The arbitration should be hold in Shanghai, China

– Force Majeure.

If the delivery of the contract goods is delayed by factors of force majeure, the buyer and seller shall be reach a consensus on the final delivery date through friendly negotiations.
